MANILA, Philippines - Today, April 29, 2024 (Monday), the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has released the full STL results. These include localized draws for certain parts of Visayas and the national games draw results relevant for selected areas in both Visayas and Mindanao. For real-time updates on the winning numbers for STL Swer3, check back at 10:30AM, 3PM, and 7PM. Additionally, digit games like 3D, 4D, and 6D will have results available at 2PM, 5PM, and 9PM. The Small Town Lottery (STL) operates as a local lottery, backed by the state and driven by charitable goals, all under the watchful eye of the PCSO.

PCSO conducts specific draws for Region 7 in the Visayas. However, the special draw in Mindanao concluded on October 1, 2023, making way for the introduction of national games draw results for STL.

In response to ongoing issues within the STL's operations, especially in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, PCSO passed Board Resolution No. 0100 in 2023, endorsing the inclusion of national games draw results in STL activities. This was followed by an official memo from the Office of the President (OP) on June 26, 2023.

In light of these updates, all STL Authorized Agent Corporations (STL-AAC) in the VISMIN region are urged to adhere to the fresh guidelines.

On a related note, starting from the evening draws on September 28, PCSO representatives in the Visayas have scaled back the departmentalized draws and their associated activities. Now, only the Swer3 continues, while other STL offerings like Pares and Swer2 have been set aside.

The specific draw for Central Visayas includes places like Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City, and Cebu City. Meanwhile, other STL-AACs in the Visayas region are now aligning with PCSO's updated directive.

In Mindanao, STL operators have transitioned to using the national draw outcomes for 3D, 4D, and 6D.

Besides the Swertres (3D), 4D, and 6D draws, PCSO also hosts daily draws for the digit game EZ2 (2D). Additionally, they run jackpot games including Ultra Lotto 6/58, Grand Lotto 6/55, Super Lotto 6/49, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Lotto 6/42.
